Do I need to choose a plan right now?

What happens after my trial has ended?
Upgrade to a plan if Otter is right for you. If not, you don't have to do anything. Your account becomes inactive, but your data remains intact in case you decide to upgrade your plan another time.
How can I make the payment?
Payments must currently be made via PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer. We are in the process of setting up a payment gateway for seamless payment processing. Once your trial period has ended, our sales executive will get in touch with you to discuss payment options.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. If you do not find Otter useful, you can cancel your subscription and delete your account. All your files will be removed from our servers for security reasons. If you are cancelling your subscription in the middle of the month, that month will be charged at your existing subscription plan.
Is there a discount for yearly subscription?
Yes. We offer a 15% discount if you upgrade to a yearly plan.
Can I change my subscription plan later?
Absolutely! Your subscription plan can be changed any time from the Account Settings page. Your new subscription will be active from the following month, but you can avail of the benefits of the new plan immediately.
